With over 20 years of flying experience and 15 years living on Lanzarote, she knows the island inside out – it feels like she has landed on every single rock and knows the best thermals, coastal views and hidden flying spots.

Bernd Hoyer is a well-known figure in the paragliding scene in Lanzarote. He has been coming to the island regularly since the 1980s and has lived here part-time year-round since 2004.
With his extensive knowledge of thermals, wind and flight techniques, Bernd knows the island's approximately 20 different take-off sites inside out. He gladly shares this expertise through paragliding guiding, ground handling training (wing control on the ground) and safe wind assessment.
